  • Were more than happy to work with new builder’s, investor’s, or real estate agent’s. It’s simple just fill out your contact info at the bottom. We’ll speak to you as soon as possible

  • There are a few different ways which you can sign the contract with us, the first being through Docusign. The contract will be sent via email where you can electronically sign and we will momentarily receive the completed contract once all parties on the title have completed it. The second way is by us sending a PDF and you printing it out, signing it and scanning it back over to us. We can also meet in person somewhere in South Florida and sign in person, or we can mail out the contract to be signed and returned; whatever you as the seller feel the most comfortable doing.

  • We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
